Who we are

BIC Pens is a family-owned promotional-products company (founded 1974). When we say “we” or “us,” we mean BIC Pens. Questions about your data go to arthur@bicpens.com or 954-559-7124.

What we collect

• Order and contact details — your name, email, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order or send us a request.
• Your artwork — logo files you upload so we can proof and print your order.
• Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it directly.
• Account details — your email and a password (stored only as a securely hashed value, never in plain text) so you can track and reorder.

How we use it

We use your information to produce and ship your order, email you a proof to approve before printing, provide order history and reorders, and answer your questions. That’s it — we don’t use it for anything unrelated to serving you.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed to fill your order — our print and fulfillment partners, our payment processor (Stripe), and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies

We use a small session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We don’t use it to track you across other websites.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just email arthur@bicpens.com. If you have an account, you can view your orders any time from the Account page.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. For anything you’re unsure about, reach a real person at arthur@bicpens.com.
